Golder Associates Inc. is looking for a full-time Project Administrator to join our Redmond, WA team. This position provides project support to our technical staff assisting with all aspects of project delivery.

Duties include the following:

  • Assist with the coordination of project deliverables.
  • Heavy document processing, proofreading, and formatting of project-related or other internal documents.
  • Compile, copy, collate and assemble reports.
  • Create proposal/project sites using SharePoint.
  • Manage and update client opportunities, proposal and project records through CRM/Dynamics or other company systems.
  • Scanning, photocopying and mailing of documents and reports. Process files assist with file management and archiving.
  • Assist senior administrative team with a variety of administrative t asks.

Required skills include:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite. Advanced skill level using MS Word, intermediate skill level using MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, experience with MS Dynamics preferred.
  • Outstanding proofreading skills. Ability to review documentation for compliance with corporate policies, proven ability in proofreading.
  • Familiarity with basic office accounting processes (credit card reconciliation, vendor invoice and statement review/ processing).
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including multi-line phones, business hub, printer/scanner/copier.
  • Minimum of 4 years of prior experience.

Desired skills
  • Previous experience in an engineering, construction or architectural firm.
