Position Summary:
The Integration Services Technician conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, components. The position applies knowledge of electrical / electronic and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. The technician provides skilled electrical / electronic support to all areas of manufacturing. Troubleshoots and repairs electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives and test equipment. Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment. Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA requirements. Advises operators and line personnel of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components. Participates in the training of other technical-level employees. Informs appropriate management and line personnel of potential electrical / mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved and assists maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting. Performs preventative maintenance functions as directed. Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.

Two year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 year experience in functional area. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level. Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
