Geek Squad Installation- Field Agent 1

Installation  Performs installation on Home Theatre, Networking, Computer related assembly & configuration for hardware & software products.  Follows direction given by Field Agent Level 2 or 3 with respect to best practices and installation techniques.  Rides alone to complete single person scopes of work, as necessary.  Obtains necessary tools, supplies, and accessories for install as needed.  Cleans up job site after installation. 2) Customer Service  Greets client while setting client expectations for the applicable Setup.  Uses customer lifestyle knowledge to recommend additional products and services.  Interacts with clients to provide an interactive demonstration and to explain system functionality.  Resolves client issues and complaints in a positive manner that builds business and enhances client loyalty while adhering to Company policies & procedures.  Leverages client reporting to validate and build the correct store behaviors to deliver outstanding customer service.  Completes paperwork and obtains necessary signatures and pending payments. 3) Vehicles  Ensures the Geek Squad vehicle is maintained according to truck/van maintenance guidelines.  Ensures the Geek Squad vehicle’s inventory, cable, supplies, and tools levels are maintained and protected from loss. 4) Call Center Communication  Uses mobile devise to advise Call Center/Retail Store of arrivals, departures and changes to schedule.  Adheres to Call First Process: Contacts clients prior to and on day of service call to confirm service appointment details. 5) Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise  Develops knowledge & Technical Expertise on Connected Home related products & industry trends through internet research, publications etc.
