The Sr. Advisor Home Solutions supports achievement of overall organization, store sales and customer retention goals by assisting in the direction, mentoring, and development of Home Solutions sales personnel. Working together with the Sales Manager and Home Solutions Team Lead support and implement targeted customer service, customer retention and sales techniques. Contributes to the delivery of optimal customer service by assisting the Sales Manager and Home Solutions Team Lead in the training and retention of staff. Ensures floor leadership coverage keyholder responsibilities & opening coverage.
Maintain a high level of customer service by providing the complete solution
•Resolve customer complaints in a positive matter that builds business and customer loyalty
•Ensure store presentation: Merchandising of end-caps, demos, in-line section, and bulk displays & look of the store
•Assist in the achievement of store, customer care and sales goals
•Communicates thoroughly and keep the store informed by communicating weekly and daily store goals to members in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
•Responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating up-to-date knowledge of specific product and accessories by participating in and/or assist with arrangement of vendor and Best Buy sponsored product training

2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail
•High school diploma
