We are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join the Penn Waste team in Manchester, PA.
Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to customer correspondence that we receive by mail.
- Answer billing questions.
- Process payments.
- Process the mail.
Data entry for:
- New customers
- Cancelling customers
- Changes in service
- Work orders
- Other job duties as assigned
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
- Must work well under pressure to meet billing and month end close deadlines.
- Must be available to work overtime as needed - to include evenings and occasionally Saturdays.
