Administrative Assistant

Golder has a new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Geotechnical Engineering Division on a contract basis at our Whitby location.

An overview of your role will include:

  • Filing, copying, scanning, and collating documents;
  • Inputting and editing data in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.);
  • Formatting documents and presentations;
  • Typing notes/minutes/letters;
  • In addition, to the above stated duties you will be expected to assist other Administrative Assistants in the office as required.
