  • Establish the priority order list for delivey
  • Responsible for the truck maintenance for our trucks and shuntrs
  • Inspection and registration with the SAAQ and CTQ
  • Ensure that all drivers are following all H & S Policies
  • Plan all logistics related to trucking (inbound and outbound, Laval, SSMQ, SOG, Danaca, Port, Ontario, USA)
  • Be aware of laws pertaining to the transport industry (license) and act accordingly for the best interest of the company
  • Analyse and control the efficiency of the drivers and their respective equipment
  • Follow up with the brokers pertaining to any accident/incident or any out of the ordinary situation
  • Carry out any accident investigation involving transport equipment and report it to the company's insurer
  • Ensure all quality policies are known and followed by al employees
  • Create loads
  • Release the work in the plant
  • Contact brokers to distribute all loads
  • Determine the rate per load with broker
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues
  • Supervisor shipping department personnel in the absence of the Lead Shipping Coordinator


  • Bilingualism essential (French & English)
  • 3 to 5 years of relatable shipping experience
  • Knowledge of Transportation laws
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationship
  • Strong ability and desire to learn continuously
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
