We are looking for a self-motivated tech savvy team player to join our growing team in the Greenville, South Carolina area. Responsibilities will include:

  • Tier Remote support of IP Phones, Routers, Switches and Video equipment
  • Product evaluations and reporting on new IT equipment
  • Implementation of mock network environments in labs for testing for customer use cases
  • Responding to customer presales requests for IT products
  • Phone, email and support through ticketing systems
  • Network packet analysis

This position requires:
  • At least 2 years experience providing help desk support or technical support for IT products or services
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy
  • Working knowledge Windows 7, Server 2008/2012 and Linux
  • Proficient at time management and organization. Basic technical writing (reports)
  • Networking fundamentals and network troubleshooting tools(wireshark,RDP,etc)
