About The Opportunities
Right now, we are recruiting for Senior Leadership roles across the newly created College of VE. These executive 5-year fixed-term appointments that will be best suited to those with demonstrated educational senior leadership experience related to leading Vocational Education program teams. You will have demonstrated experience in the development of strategies around business development and relationship management activities to deliver commercial outcomes.
You will have highly developed influencing and negotiating skills at senior levels, including the ability to combine a collegial style with decisive and practical implementation strategies to lead change in a challenging and dynamic environment. A strong understanding of the sector, the educational requirements, issues and policies (internal and external) affecting VET policy and translating this into strategy and execution.
