Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team specializing in hydrogen fuel cell power systems technology for our #NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for the preparation of various financial analyses and reports, including month end close.
• Drives and leads improvements initiatives in processes, analysis, and management reporting.
• Ensures financial data quality and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborates and builds relationships within a global team.
• Communicate effectively through various means with internal and external customers.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum three to five years of experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and month end close.
• Prior experience in a global matrix organization in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with US GAAP a plus.
• Accounting certification a plus.
