Harris Computer Systems is looking for a Technical Analyst to join the Human Resources team and support Workday continuous improvement and post-production for Core HCM, Workday Recruiting, Talent & Performance and Absence Management.
As the Technical Analyst you will work with key business partners and act as a technical point of contact between Management, HR, Finance and IT.
What your impact will be:
Assist in identifying the root cause of data workflow concerns, recommend and configure updates and solutions.
Heavy testing of system changes and business process analysis to improve and review data work flows.
Work with internal and external business partners to lead new workday HCM developments and enhancement projects, while serving as a business analyst to gather and translate necessary technical requirements for developers.
Responsible Business Process configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
Responsible for Custom Report Writing and editing.
Responsible for process documentation.
Responsible for technical training.
Provide first line of support to HR Team Members and Finance/ IT Partners.
Support upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Synthesize and present Human Resources data to identify trends and present clear choice options to help management in their decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with technology and system integrations.
Comprehensive understanding of Workday for Core HCM, Recruiting, Timekeeping/Absence Management, Payroll, and Benefits Administration with the ability to create sophisticated queries.
Workday certifications an asset.
Experience with Workday Integration an asset.
Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass data load tool an asset.
Experience with Advanced Compensation, job catalogues, and compensation survey management
Proficiency with data models, table layouts and design concepts using SQL for reporting and data analysis.
High-level analytical and organizational skills with the ability to analyze complex information structures involving multiple layers of data and workflows.
