Responsibilities: Direct responsibility fraud mitigation associated with new applicants. Leverage multiple systems and tools to identify risk while onboarding legitimate applicants within SLA's. Must possess ability to weigh multiple sources of data, above average attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions. Must possess above average customer engagement skills and ability to engage effectively within a team structure.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years solid customer engagement experience, proven ability to make business decisions based on information presented, ability to leverage multiple systems and sources of data, effectively collaborate within a team setting and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Minimum of Associates Degree completed preferred
