Hiring a Cloud Go-to-Market Mastermind to help some of the largest B2B/Enterprise Software Vendors and Service Providers globally to build thriving cloud services businesses through Go-to-Market proficiency. Focus on GTM Strategy, Program delivery, and Scale.

As a Regional GTM Strategy and Program Manager, you will have a seat at the CxOs table of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world, helping them define their winning Cloud strategy and Go-to-Market plan.

With that privilege comes the responsibility to be diligent, to take ownership and to take pride in your work. In this role, you will be responsible for advising companies on their Cloud GTM strategy, helping them define their opportunity, strategy, business model, portfolio mix and tactical GTM plans that will enable and accelerate large-scale consumption of Cloud solutions. You will also own the end-to-end engagement cycle for GTM programs in your region. You will also be responsible to identify opportunities for large-scale consumption between B2B/Enterprise Software Vendors and Service Providers globally. In addition, you will help enhance and further develop the portfolio of offerings, frameworks, methodologies, and core IP which differentiate CloudBlue's Advisory Services from other competitors in the market.

What you should bring to the role :

  • Desire to work on a vibrant startup but yet enjoy the stability and deal with the complexity of a large, established company. You should bring your autonomy and motivation to take risks, make decisions and own business success
  • A strategic mindset that in past jobs was responsible for enterprise-wide projects and programs, accountability for on-time, within budget, high-quality deliverables
  • Resilience, business acumen, financial awareness, including the understanding of digital, cloud, and subscription-based business models
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related fields (Masters degree is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in a top management consulting firm, and/or in a technology services organization with extensive customer-facing experience, including CXO-level executives, at a global level
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital, cloud, and/or subscription-based business models, ideally launching end-to-end new Internet ventures and leading their GTM across multiple locations worldwide
  • 2+ years of experience in Cloud Business Development, working ideally with Telecommunications providers, MSPs and Specialty Retailers
