Best Buy has an expanding catalogue of products which are governed by various environment and recycling stewardships across Canada. Best Buy is committed to maintaining the highest standards for effective material handling and disposal; and safe transportation of "dangerous goods".

As the Environment Program Administrator, you will help restructure and transform the basis for all environmental programs including Transportation of Dangerous Goods. You will help "connect the dots" between supplier information, updated program requirements, business needs, and the data collected for program submissions. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to complete information, and shape how we monitor and report on program achievements. You will identify opportunities for program growth, efficiencies and improvement.

As the Environment Program Administrator, you will...

    • Audit the setup and classification of new Product SKUs' setup to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements and will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies or errors. • Audit existing Product SKUs to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements; and will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies or errors. • Track and respond to any compliance/non-conformance reports or incidents raised by the programs' stewardships; including managing all escalations relating to program compliance and customer experience. • Support change management initiatives. • Will assist with the management and classification of program SKUs; including the setup and maintenance of the relationship tables for each program and region within RMS. • Prepare and submit program invoices for payment.

The experience we need...
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Share Point ( bonus points if you know SQL ); • Familiarity with TDGR or Environment programs/ regulations is an asset.
