Best Buy has an enormous catalogue of products, all governed by returns and service programs. These programs define our customers' overall experience and maximize our profitability.
As the Service and Return Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to maintain alignment between SKU setup with vendor programs and agreements; and service programs and processes with customer expectations. As the gatekeeper for service and return programs, you will validate vendor program and product SKU setup. You will identify risk and recommend changes.
You will closely with internal and external stakeholders to monitor programs' performance, recommend opportunities for change, and will support changes as required. You will respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders about service and returns strategies.

- • Audit the setup and classification of new Product SKUs' setup to ensure accuracy and compliance with vendor's programs and Best Buy policies. • Manage and respond to escalations from internal and external stakeholders. • Manage and measure vendor and servicer performance in accordance with service and returns programs. • Audit setup of new vendor programs. • Help prepare contacts or amendments to contracts. • Support change management initiatives.
