The Appliance Sales Senior is the department's lead on understanding and communicating key components of the department's strategy, including assortment, competition and promotion. Using expert industry and product knowledge, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, the role partners with various stakeholders to execute and continuously improve the department strategy. When interacting with customers, the Appliances Sales Senior, offers the complete solution to all their Appliance needs by understanding individual customer requirements, and providing expert product knowledge on the latest technology.
As an Appliances Sales Senior you will...
- • Respond to customer inquiries, opportunities, and assists in achievement of store customer care and department sales goals and objectives • Develop and maintains personal sales mastery; exhibits premier sales behavior and performance and a best in class Customer Relationship Management program. • Apply product knowledge to ensure flawless customer experience • Maintain records of customers and their Appliances preferences, with the intention of developing longer-term relationships • Keep team members informed by maintaining and updating essential tools and reference materials
