Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all fixed expenses
    • Forecasting expenses
    • Track all purchases
    • Research and resolve out of period expenses
    • Audit Aging Good Receipts
    • Ensures team is creating goods receipts accurately
    • Ensures team is auditing ledgers on a weekly basis
  • Weekly Financial Report to PA Campus
  • Manage P&L Input Files
  • Audit P&L Labor Hours Reports
  • Update Fixed Expenses Weekly in P&L Input Files
  • Yearly Budgeting
  • Capital Project Reporting, Tracking & Rolling out depreciation
  • Submit Capital Projects to Anjali's Team
    • Creation of: Cap Comm Form
    • AFCE
    • ROI (Return on Investment)
    • Logic information that flows into ROI
  • Customized and managed Productivity Reports
    • Volume Characteristics
      • Report shows volume broken out Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
      • Broken out by Shipping, Receiving, Returns
      • Volume Per Hour by Cartons, Lines, Units, TMU's
  • Run Daily Labor & Volume Reports
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Manage Travel Arrangements (Individual & Group Travel), Cost Center Allocations and Reporting
  • Manage Supply Ordering
    • Review Consumption Reporting
    • Review Volumes
    • Develop new processes to reduce supply over ordering
    • Find ways to reduce supplies cost per carton on monthly basis
    • Authorize Supply Purchases
    • Review Weekly Supply Weekly Inventory levels
  • Complete Monthly Financial Forecasts for Anjali's Team
  • Review OpEx Passes at close
    • Ensure our logs tie out with Corporate Finance OpEx
    • Call out variances to forecast
    • Call out issues or errors we are seeing on the ledgers posted by accounting
  • Review Weekly LOB Report
  • Ensure Senior Mgt Team completes Bi-Weekly WOC Reports (Wins, Opportunities, Challenges)
  • Review weekly LOB (Line Of Business) Reports
    • Ensure VAS (Value Added Services) is Reported (SSR otherwise known as Special Service Requests)
    • Make sure fixed expenses are flowing into report accordingly
  • Research & Review all SSR's submitted weekly and monthly
  • Review Ops Consolidated File for YoY Financial Trends
    • Identify Risks
    • Identify Opportunities
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis
