As a Senior Administration Specialist, you will strive to create an amazing customer experience by understanding the customer\'s needs, inspiring them to see what\'s possible with the latest technology, identifying and creating complete solutions according to their needs and lifestyle, and retrieving all the necessary products and services for them. You also will ensure day to day administrative needs are maintained and completed as well as, support store leadership to execute and validate administration processes.

As a senior administration specialist you will ....

... Ensure that employees are consistently learning and developing their skills through the implementation of BBY training and product knowledge programs, that you consistently check in on progress through follow up and one on one\'s while improving your own knowledge, and teaching and demonstrating best practices to your team members

... Ensure that you are actively teaching and demonstrating ways to maximize longer term relationships with our customers and candidates through the execution of BBY programs where they are applicable, and that "amazing" service is provided when processing transactions

... Ensuring that your team is positively contributing to the stores KPI\'s, including: store revenue, shrink, merchandising standards and tasking, inventory health, SOP compliance and health and safety.
