Sr. Coordinator, Multichannel & VOCE

The Role

The Sr. Coordinator, Multichannel & VOCE acts as the voice of our employees and customers in decision making at our corporate office. This role provides a conduit for information, questions and feedback between stores and subject matter experts. Resolving multichannel issues and questions for our customers and stores is why this role exists.

    • Monitors, addresses issues and supports stores with resolving Multichannel Exceptions • Monitor and respond with solutions when necessary for Q&As coming through internal channels • Creates, updates and maintains SOPs for stores • Supports store execution by responding to store and field questions

    • Have a passion for improving the customer experience • Effective written and verbal communicator • Able to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Enjoys helping resolve issues when things don't go the way we plan

    • Diploma in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience required. • Knowledge of Best Buy systems an asset. • Familiar with Multi-Channel sales and concepts would be an asset.
