With a primary focus of building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, the IaaS Solutions Executive, ISVs is known as an expert with sound understanding of the business model of Independent Software Vendor's (ISVs), and associated infrastructure technologies leveraged to enable their business. Primary responsibility is to recruit ISVs to our Azure Accelerate program and earn their business through facilitating the value proposition discussion. IaaS Solutions Executive, ISVs will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and facilitating the introduction of the vendor or technology capabilities, providing educational resources, and driving the sale of technical products, programs and/or services. IaaS Solutions Executive, ISVs is responsible for growing profitable sales, activations, and/or market share of ISVs throughout the United States.

The IaaS Solutions Executive, ISVs proactively identifies opportunities and is called on as opportunities are identified. The IaaS Solutions Executive, ISVs will identify target accounts, and work in conjunction with the Sr. Solutions Development Specialist, ISVs, as well as Territory Sales professionals where necessary to enable said partners to achieve significant growth through mastery of necessary tools and resources on the CSP program.

The IaaS Solutions Executive will be primarily responsible for monthly, and quarterly forecasting, as well as preparing, organizing, and leading a Quarterly Business Review with executives illustrating the state and success of the ISVs strategy. The IaaS Solutions Executive will work in collaboration with Sr. Solutions Development Specialist, ISVs influencing ISVs to partake in "Comet Challenge", as well as to work with Ingram Micro to consume their Infrastructure technology on the Microsoft Azure platform.

The IaaS Solutions Executive, ISVs should maintain a detailed and advanced level understanding of Microsoft Azure, Ingram Micro Lifecycle Services, and the Azure Accelerate and ISV FastTrack programs. This role is also responsible for coaching both local and remote team members, as well as independently managing complex functions of order management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment and is recognized as being capable of resolving/escalating the most complex platform and resource issues.

Generates leads and opportunities for self and sales team members to proactively address and record leads in appropriate pipeline management tools. Consistently achieves short-term and long-term sales goals set forth. May also be required to participate on special project teams across the organization and assist with the training and coaching of partners as well as peer Channel Account Specialists. May travel up to 15% (which may include international travel).

Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent) and minimum of 10years previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or six years' experience with Ingram Micro in a sales capacity equivalent to a Solutions Executive, OR a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years previous sales/customer service experience (preferably in a related industry) or three year's experience with Ingram Micro in a sales or customer service capacity equivalent to a Solutions Executive.


IaaS Accreditations and/or Certifications are highly desirable

Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care.

Advanced technical and product knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other Software vendors in the technology ecosystem.

Advanced understanding of Ingram Micro programs, products and services is desirable. Skilled in professional sales and negotiations techniques, building solid customer relationships and operating a personal computing.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word required. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required. Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required. Previous ERP system experience desired. Ability to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with limited supervision. Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
