We're looking for a knowledgeable Senior to help us service customers at our new Best Buy Appliance Clearance Centre located at the Brampton Distribution Service Centre. This location provides our customers with incredible discounts on refurbished, open box and clearance appliances, while still providing the expertise, selection, delivery and installation support they have come to expect from Best Buy.

As the Senior, you will create an amazing customer experience at the Clearance Centre by understanding the customer\'s needs, inspiring them to see what\'s possible, identifying and creating complete solutions according to their lifestyle and retrieving all the necessary products for them. To achieve these goals you will assist the Appliance Clearance Manager with performance reviews, recruitment, and training of sales specialists and representatives.

As a senior you will....

... Ensure that employees are consistently learning and developing your skills through the implementation of BBY programs, employee training, and sharing of your own knowledge. That you are consistently sharing product knowledge, best practices, and that you demonstrate and lead by BBY's Values

... Actively coaching and demonstrating ways to maximize longer term relationships with our customers through the execution of BBY programs where they are applicable, finding new ways to improve the customer experience through consistently improving your own knowledge, and teaching best practices to your team members. Going above and beyond to ensure that every customer escalation is dealt with in a positive manner, and that you support your team in doing the same.

... Ensuring that your team is positively contributing to the Centre\'s KPI\'s, including: location revenue, shrink, merchandising standards and tasking, inventory health, SOP compliance and health and safety.

We'd love to hear from people who have 1 to 2 years' experience in retail:

    • Providing daily work direction and training to employees on your shift • Leading by example by consistently providing great customer experiences and teaching best practices to team members • Continuously develop your own business acumen and share what you have learned with other employees.
