Brand Manager (Sept-dec 2023 start dates)

We are looking for strategic leaders and critical thinkers to join our Toronto Brand Management team between September-December 2023.

Working in Brand Management at P&G means being a total business owner- not just a marketer. You will be the vision and strategy behind your brand-developing marketing plans and driving innovation. You will work with a large cross-functional team to identify consumers, shoppers, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably. You will be a catalyst to the brand’s strategic choices, product, and commercial innovations, holistic communication plans, and brand executions across all media and consumer touchpoints. As a Brand Manager, you can expect to:

  • Become the owner of your brand's equity and be responsible for maintaining and building its strength in consumers' minds through advertising, media, and other marketing vehicles.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify consumer, shop, and customer insights to execute marketing tactics that will grow your brand profitably.
  • Derive insights from data, enabling brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth.
  • Lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership.

What would make you a good fit?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. We hire top talent from a variety of disciplines and areas of specialization
  • You have 0-3 years of experience after graduation from a post-secondary institution
  • You can start the role between September and December 2023 from Toronto, Ontario (domestic relocation benefits may apply)
  • You possess natural leadership and business skills, demonstrated in academic / extracurricular activities and prior work experiences
  • You enjoy analyzing data and thinking critically to uncover insights that will help influence business decisions
  • French language proficiency at the highest/native level is an asset
