While all candidates are encouraged to apply and, in so doing, share how they see themselves adding value to the RainCity Housing environment, the following credentials and/or experiences are seen as possible markers of the candidates most likely to realize success in the role:

A) Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

C) A robust understanding and grounded practice of justice in the workplace, related specifically to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

D) An understanding of the complexity of service delivery and human resources at the intersection of housing provision, mental health, and addictions.
