Do you want to join a company voted as a 'Great Place to Work' by its employees? Do you have a passion for doing things differently? Do you want to be part of an ambitious and tight knit team working on some of the most exciting infrastructure projects in the world?

Who we are

BTTC is an industry leading global consultancy, with a clear mission to transform infrastructure project delivery to be ‘’Better Through Total Collaboration”. We work with the largest public sector clients in the transit, energy and social infrastructure sectors to provide expert guidance on the implementation of collaborative approaches to project delivery, with expertise in Project Management, Commercial, Procurement and Collaborative Behavioural Development.

We have embraced the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s call to action #92 to adopt the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a reconciliation framework and have integrated it into our strategic goals. Our dedication to building bridges with Indigenous communities is demonstrated through our active membership in the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB), an initiative that amplifies our commitment to fostering understanding and cooperation.

We have developed a comprehensive social engagement policy which aligns with CCAB’s Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) program, with our aim being to complete Phase 1 of the criteria for becoming a ‘committed’ company in 2025.

We are passionate about what we do and how we do it and are seeking a co-op student to join our rapidly growing team in Toronto from June 2024 to August 2024, to join us in delivering our vision to ‘transform the infrastructure industry’.
