Quality Regulatory Program Administrator

 

Implements and supports regulatory e-Learning; and works with relevant teams to support maintenance of CNO’s regulatory Learning Management System (LMS).

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as the primary contact and resource on the delivery of CNO’s regulatory LMS, monitoring and responding to inquiries from registrants, applicants, and other relevant stakeholders, and referring complex inquiries to the Manager or appropriate internal staff, as required.

• Works with subject matter experts from the Practice Quality team including instructional designers to upload and maintain e-Learning resources on the LMS including revisions to the Jurisprudence Exam (JE) and Quality Assurance (QA) Assessment tools.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders on developing new or updating existing processes and procedures on the delivery of regulatory learning on CNO’s LMS process.

• Updates resources and materials for regulatory LMS end-users.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders on content translation into French ensuring approved bilingual content is uploaded on the LMS.

• Works with relevant teams to support maintenance of CNO’s regulatory LMS platform by ensuring eLearning content and resources are working appropriately; acts as the primary contact between Technology and the business to assess relevant system updates and address any technical issues ensuring minimal service disruption to JE and QA end-users; supports end-user experience testing; conducts end-user training and orientation for staff.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Education and Experience 

• A combination of post-secondary education in a complementary discipline.

• 5 years of related work experience in a similar role, supporting delivery of online instructional design and educational technology.

Attention to Detail – requires close attention to details, when distinguishing relevant details and irrelevant details that will impact the LMS platform; develops procedures related to the delivery of regulatory e-Learning ensuring accuracy and completeness to support users.

 

Client Focus – as a primary contact and resource on the delivery of CNO’s regulatory LMS, anticipates stakeholders’ needs and identifies ways to meet them; follows up to confirm if needs have been addressed.

 

Communication – uses effective communication skills when responding to a variety of stakeholders to support their needs while considering confidentiality of information; shares ideas and relevant information when collaborating with stakeholders when supporting user testing or working with the IT team to address any technical issues regarding the platform.

 

Planning and Organizing – prioritizes competing tasks, manages time for various activities such as supporting delivery of regulatory e-Learning and maintaining the LMS platform.

 

• Demonstrated current knowledge of technology used in training such as Articulate Storyline, multimedia editors and other e-Learning development tools and methods, LMS systems, web development and web-based applications.

 

• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Acrobat Pro, as well as collaborative Cloud and presentation-based technologies such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom and MS Teams.

 

 

 

Hiring Range:            $77,108 - $81,939

Full Salary Range:     $77,108 - $92,529
